Troubleshooting

Duvet cover slipping inside

Ensure the internal corner ties are securely fastened to the loops on your duvet before closing the hidden zip.

Fitted sheet coming off mattress corners

Verify that the 40cm deep pocket fully encompasses your mattress. Ensure the all-around elastic is properly tucked beneath the mattress edges.

Pillowcase losing shape

Follow the specific care instructions, using a cool wash and avoiding high heat drying. Ensure the envelope closure is not overly stretched when inserting the pillow.

Reduced softness after washing

Check that you are using a cool, gentle cycle and a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as these can degrade the bamboo fibers over time.
