Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first hike, ensure you have a proper fit by wearing the socks you intend to use on the trail. The shoes feature a standard lacing system which can be adjusted for varying foot volumes. To maintain the life of your hiking shoes:
- Remove excess dirt after each use using a soft brush.
- Do not machine wash; use cool water and a mild soap if cleaning is required.
- Air dry in a cool, shaded place, keeping them away from direct heat sources which can damage the waterproofing or adhesives.
- Periodically treat the suede exterior with a water-repellent spray designed for outdoor footwear to maintain the outer moisture barrier.
