Troubleshooting
Canvas appears loose or sagging
Check if the environment is overly humid; if so, move to a climate-controlled room. The kiln-dried frame is designed to be stable, but extreme moisture can affect the canvas tension.
Print is not level when hung
Adjust the hanging wire or mount slightly. Ensure your wall anchor is perfectly horizontal using a spirit level.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup is straightforward as the product is delivered ready to hang. Simply identify the desired location, ensure the wall is clean, and use a level to mark your mounting points. For care, avoid using water or household chemicals on the canvas surface. If dust accumulates, use a dry, soft microfiber cloth to gently wipe the print. Keep the artwork away from extreme moisture or high-heat sources to maintain the integrity of the solid pine frame.
