No, these are designed specifically for track and field surfaces. Using them on hard road surfaces will cause rapid wear and may lead to discomfort.
These are built for speed and multi-event training; they lack the heavy cushioning required for long-distance road running.
Wipe with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not machine wash or use harsh chemical detergents.
This specific variant is sized for men, but ensure you check the UK sizing to get the correct fit for your foot length.
If the plate shows significant cracking, the shoe should be retired to prevent injury during high-intensity training.
Use a standard spike wrench to tighten the individual pins into the plate securely before training.
Use a soft-bristled brush to clear debris from the spike plate and outsole grooves to maintain maximum grip.
Ensure that the spikes are tightened securely before each use if using a spiked configuration. Compatibility is primarily with synthetic track surfaces; avoid using them on abrasive concrete or asphalt, as this will prematurely wear down the outsole. To care for your trainers, wipe them down with a damp cloth after each session to remove track debris and sweat. Allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to preserve the integrity of the materials.
