Troubleshooting

Vacuum pump not creating a seal

Ensure the lid is correctly positioned and the silicone seal is clean and free of debris. Check that the vacuum pump is securely attached to the valve.

Container still has air after vacuuming

Inspect the lid for any gaps or damage. Re-apply the lid and attempt to vacuum again. Ensure the valve is functioning correctly.

App not recognizing the QR code

Make sure your smartphone's camera is clean and properly aligned with the QR code. Try scanning in good lighting conditions. Ensure you are using the latest version of the ZWILLING Culinary World app.

Food spoils faster than expected

Verify that a strong vacuum was achieved during sealing. Ensure the lid seal is intact and the temperature inside the refrigerator is appropriate. The vacuum seal extends freshness, but does not replace proper refrigeration.
