Yes, the protector features a cotton-blend terry surface combined with the membrane to balance protection and airflow.
Ensure the mattress is exactly 85 x 51 cm. The elastic skirt is designed for this specific dimension; smaller mattresses will cause the fabric to sag.
Ensure you are using the cotton-blend terry side facing up. The TPU membrane is on the underside to prevent fluid damage.
To set up, simply stretch the elastic skirt of the mattress protector over the crib mattress, followed by the fitted sheet. Ensure the corner seams are aligned with the mattress corners for a smooth surface. Compatibility is strictly limited to 85 x 51 cm mattresses (specifically Next To Me models). For care, wash the components at 40°C in your washing machine. Avoid using harsh bleaching agents to preserve the integrity of the TPU membrane. Tumble dry on a low heat setting to ensure the fabric remains soft and to prevent damage to the waterproof backing.
