Troubleshooting
Sheet appears loose or bunches up
Ensure the mattress is exactly 85 x 51 cm. The sheet is designed for this specific size and may not fit smaller or differently shaped mattresses correctly.
Mattress protector feels noisy or stiff
Wash the protector before first use. The materials often soften after a standard wash cycle, making the TPU layer more pliable.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- OEKO-TEX certified material for maximum safety
- Breathable TPU membrane keeps the mattress dry without overheating
- Snug elastic fit prevents shifting during sleep
- Includes two sheets for easy laundry rotation
Cons
- Designed for a specific mattress size (85 x 51 cm)
- Requires low-heat tumble drying to maintain membrane integrity
- Only available in specific color sets
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install, simply stretch the elastic edges of the fitted sheet over the corners of your 85 x 51 cm mattress, ensuring the fabric is pulled taut. The mattress protector should be placed directly onto the mattress before applying the fitted sheet.
Care instructions are straightforward: machine wash at 40°C using gentle detergents. For the mattress protector, it is essential to tumble dry at low temperatures to ensure the TPU membrane does not warp or lose its waterproof properties. The cotton sheets can be ironed if desired for a crisp finish.
