Coffee or tea stains on the inside of the cup.

Use a mild abrasive cleaner specifically designed for ceramic or stoneware, or create a paste of baking soda and water to gently scrub the stained area. Rinse thoroughly.

Chips or cracks after minimal use.

While stoneware is durable, inspect for any manufacturing defects. If the damage is significant and appears to be a defect, contact customer support within the warranty period.

Dishwasher not cleaning effectively.

Ensure the dishwasher is loaded correctly, with enough space for water and detergent to circulate. Check the dishwasher's spray arms for blockages. Consider using a stronger detergent or a pre-wash cycle for heavily soiled items.
