Troubleshooting
Lamp does not turn on
Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the lamp and a working electrical outlet. Check if the outlet itself is functional.
Light flickers or is inconsistent
Verify the power connection is secure. If the issue persists, the bulb or dimmer mechanism may require service.
Clamp is loose or slips
Ensure the clamp is tightened sufficiently onto the surface edge. Check if the surface edge is too thick or uneven for the clamp. Clean any dust or debris from the clamp and the surface edge before re-attaching.
Dimmer not responding
Ensure the lamp is powered on. Try unplugging the lamp for a minute and plugging it back in to reset. If the problem continues, contact customer support.
