The New Balance 603 trainers are designed for adult men seeking a reliable, daily-wear shoe that balances stability with cushioned comfort. These trainers provide a solid foundation for casual use and light activity, though users requiring high-intensity athletic performance or specialized arch support may find them more suited for everyday walking rather than rigorous sports training.

No, the New Balance 603 is not waterproof. They are designed for breathability and are best suited for dry or light damp conditions.
Yes, the insoles in the 603 series are generally removable, making them compatible with most third-party orthotic inserts.
The 603 trainers follow standard UK adult sizing. We recommend choosing your usual size, or measuring your feet in the afternoon when they are at their largest.
While they provide good support, they are classified as casual trainers. They are perfect for walking and daily wear, but not specifically engineered for long-distance running.
Generally, daily trainers should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles of use, depending on your gait and the surfaces you walk on.
New Balance trainers often require a short break-in period of 2-3 days of regular wear to allow the foam to contour to your foot.
Regularly inspect the tread patterns and use a toothpick or soft brush to dislodge trapped stones or gravel to maintain grip.
To ensure your New Balance 603 trainers last, avoid submerging them in water or using harsh detergents. If they become dirty, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dried mud, and wipe the upper material with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry them away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the cushioning materials. Regarding compatibility, these shoes are standard UK sizing; for those who use custom orthotics, the factory insoles can typically be removed to accommodate your specific inserts.
