The Skechers Glide-Step Pro is designed for active adults seeking a blend of athletic performance and all-day comfort. Featuring a unique geometric midsole for energy return and a breathable mesh construction, these trainers are ideal for walking or light casual exercise, though the stretch lace system may not provide enough lockdown for high-intensity gym training or running.

While some Skechers models are machine washable, it is recommended to spot clean the mesh upper first to preserve the longevity of the materials and structural overlays.
These trainers are designed for casual wear and walking; they lack the lateral stability and high-impact support required for long-distance running.
No, the laces are designed for a convenient slip-on fit and do not require manual adjustment.
The upper is constructed from a high-quality, breathable polyester mesh with hotmelt synthetic overlays.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading and damage to the cushioning foam.
Ensure the stretch laces are evenly distributed; if the fit remains loose, consider using a thinner performance sock.
Remove the insole if possible and let it air out for 24 hours, or consider replacing it with a third-party orthotic insert.
These trainers feature a slip-on design, meaning they are ready to wear immediately out of the box. No initial break-in period is typically required due to the soft mesh construction.
