Troubleshooting
Strap feels tight or causes friction
Adjust the buckle to a looser setting or use a clear silicone heel pad inside the ankle strap for extra comfort.
Surface scuffing on the metallic finish
Use a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth to gently buff the area. Avoid abrasive brushes.
Heel tip wearing down
Take the sandals to a local cobbler to have the rubber heel tips replaced once they show significant wear to protect the architectural structure.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Naturalizer Truly sandals, keep the following in mind:
- Fit: Ensure the ankle strap is snug but not constricting to prevent rubbing. Adjust the buckle as needed throughout the day if foot swelling occurs.
- Care: Since these are made from faux leather, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth after each use to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners that could strip the metallic silver finish.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the material from fading or cracking.
- Compatibility: These sandals pair well with both dresses and cropped trousers, serving as a versatile staple for a capsule wardrobe.
