Troubleshooting

Clogs feel too loose or too tight

Adjust the heel strap to a more secure or relaxed position. Ensure you have selected the correct size.

Material feels stiff or uncomfortable initially

Croslite™ material may soften and conform to your foot with wear. Short periods of wear initially can help break them in.

Clogs are dirty after use

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For stubborn dirt, a soft brush can be used gently. Rinse and air dry.

Clogs have lost their shape

This is often due to exposure to high heat. Ensure clogs are not left in direct sunlight or hot environments. Reshaping may not be possible if significantly warped.

Pros and Cons

Waterproof and quick-drying, perfect for beach or poolside.
Highly customizable with Jibbitz™ charms and the unique Lego-stud compatible sole.
Easy to clean, maintaining hygiene with minimal effort.
The adjustable heel strap provides a secure fit.

Cons

The white color may show dirt more readily than darker options.
May not provide sufficient support for high-impact activities.
Personalization elements (Jibbitz™, Lego studs) are sold separately.
The clog silhouette might not be suitable for all professional or formal settings.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: These clogs require no assembly. Simply unpack and wear.

Compatibility: The 4LW System Clog is designed to be compatible with standard Jibbitz™ charms and Lego studs around the sole for customization. It is suitable for unisex adult wear.

Care Instructions:

Cleaning: Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly if necessary.
Drying: Air dry only. Do not use direct heat sources.
Temperature Sensitivity: Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, such as leaving them in a hot car or direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can warp the Croslite™ material.
