Troubleshooting

My cat is not eating the food.

Ensure the food is served at room temperature. Try offering a different flavor from the 'Favourites In Jelly' range, as cats can be particular. If refusal persists, consult your veterinarian to rule out underlying health issues.

My cat has an upset stomach after eating.

If this is a new food, ensure you introduced it gradually over several days. Discontinue use temporarily and consult your veterinarian if symptoms persist or are severe. Ensure your cat has access to plenty of fresh water.

The food seems dried out or unappealing.

Check the expiry date on the pouch. Ensure opened pouches are covered, refrigerated, and consumed within 24 hours. Always store unopened pouches in a cool, dry place.

The pouch is difficult to open or tears improperly.

Use a pair of scissors for a clean cut if the tear notch is problematic. Some pouches may require a firm tear.
