FAQs
What are the dimensions of the double lounge chair?
Please refer to the product's technical specifications or packaging for precise dimensions as they can vary slightly by model.
Can the side table be moved or removed?
The side table is designed to fit snugly between the two loungers and is not typically designed for easy removal or repositioning.
Are the cushions completely waterproof?
The cushion covers are water-repellent, meaning they can resist light moisture. For heavy rain or prolonged exposure to wet conditions, it is advisable to store the cushions indoors.
How much weight can each lounger support?
The robust steel frame provides excellent load capacity. Consult the product manual for specific weight limits, but it is designed for standard adult use.
Is assembly difficult?
Assembly requires tools and following instructions. While manageable, having a second person assist can make the process smoother, particularly when handling larger parts.
How do I maintain the poly rattan finish?
Regular cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap is recommended. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing to preserve the rattan's appearance and integrity.
Troubleshooting
Lounger is wobbly or unstable.
Ensure all bolts and screws are tightened securely. Check that the lounger is placed on a flat, level surface. Verify the non-slip corner feet are properly attached and making even contact with the ground.
Backrest adjustment is stiff or difficult.
Check for any obstructions in the reclining mechanism. Lightly spray the joint with a silicone-based lubricant (ensure it's suitable for outdoor furniture) and work the mechanism back and forth.
Cushion covers have stains that won't come out.
Follow the washing instructions on the care label precisely. For stubborn stains, pre-treat with a fabric stain remover suitable for outdoor fabrics before washing.
Tabletop glass is loose.
Ensure the suction cups are clean and properly adhered to the glass and the table frame. If suction cups are worn, consider replacing them.
