Setup
Upon receiving your Project Rock 6 Training Shoes, try them on with your preferred athletic socks. Walk around to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. Lace them up using the eyelets provided, starting from the toe and working your way up, ensuring even tension. A snug fit, where your heel doesn't slip and your toes have room to splay, is ideal.

They are less suited for long-distance running or sports requiring specific outsole patterns for natural turf (e.g., soccer, football).
Care
To maintain the performance and longevity of your shoes:
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt and grime. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Drying: Allow shoes to air dry completely at room temperature after each use. Do not use direct heat sources like radiators or tumble dryers, as this can damage materials.
- Odor Control: Remove insoles periodically to air out. Consider using shoe deodorizers or cedar shoe trees to absorb moisture and maintain freshness.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing them in damp gym bags for extended periods.
