Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced is a rebuilt version that features significantly improved graphics (ray tracing, Dolby Atmos), reworked combat focused on parries and takedowns, smoother parkour and stealth, and expanded naval gameplay, alongside new story content and exclusive collector's items.

Do I need an internet connection to play the game?

You can play the base game without a constant internet connection after installation (disc version). However, an internet connection and a Ubisoft Account are required to redeem and access all the digital bonus content, including special packs and items.

What physical items are included in the Collector's Edition?

The Collector's Edition includes a 31 cm Edward Kenway figurine, Edward's leather logbook replica, a wearable metal Assassin insignia brooch, an exclusive Steelbook case, a cloth world map, and a sea shanty music sheet.

What digital content is included?

This edition includes the base game, Blackbeard's Crimson Pack (costume, sword, pistol), and Deluxe Content such as the Master Assassin Character Pack and Master Assassin Naval Pack, which offer unique perks and customization options.

Is this a new story or a remaster of the original game?

This is a remaster and enhancement of the original Assassin's Creed Black Flag. While the core story remains, it features rebuilt gameplay mechanics, updated visuals, and additional story content and surprises.

What does 'Resynced' mean in the title?

'Resynced' indicates that the game has been updated and enhanced for modern platforms, featuring graphical improvements, gameplay refinements, and new content, offering a 'resynced' or refreshed experience of the classic game.

Can I upgrade my ship further in this version?

Yes, the naval gameplay has been expanded, offering deeper ship upgrades and new alternate-fire modes for the Jackdaw, allowing for more strategic and engaging sea battles.

Troubleshooting

Digital content not appearing after redemption

Ensure you are logged into the correct Ubisoft Account and that the content has been successfully redeemed. Check the game's main menu for options related to digital or bonus content. A stable internet connection is crucial during redemption.

Game crashing or freezing

Verify that your Playstation system software is up-to-date. Ensure the game has all the latest patches installed. If the issue persists, try clearing the console's cache or reinstalling the game.

Poor graphical performance or frame rate drops

Check if your console's performance settings are optimized for gaming. Ensure no other demanding applications are running in the background. Close and restart the game, or restart your console.

Unable to connect to Ubisoft Account services

Verify your internet connection is stable. Check the official Ubisoft service status page for any known outages. Try restarting your router and console, and ensure you are using the correct Ubisoft account credentials.
