The throw measures a generous 140 x 180cm (approximately 55 x 71 inches), providing ample coverage for comfort.
It is crafted from 100% polyester coral fleece with a plush 240GSM (grams per square meter) weight.
The throw is machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle. For drying, tumble dry on a low heat or 'thermal' setting. Avoid bleach and high heat to maintain its softness.
Its plush 240GSM weight provides excellent warmth, making it ideal for cooler seasons. While it can be used year-round for decorative purposes or light cover, it might be too warm for very hot climates.
Ironing is generally not recommended for fleece throws as high heat can melt or flatten the fibers, damaging the texture and appearance. Always refer to the care label.
As with most fleece materials, it may attract pet hair. Regular shaking or a lint roller can help keep it clean.
While this guide specifically features the Beige throw, the Snuggle Touch collection is available in a wide range of solid dyed shades, including neutrals and vibrant hues.
Ensure you are using a mild detergent and washing in cold water. Tumble dry on a low or 'thermal' setting, avoiding high heat which can stiffen the fibers. Avoid excessive fabric softener, as it can leave residue.
Initial shedding is common with new fleece products. Wash the throw separately before its first use to help remove loose fibers. If shedding persists, ensure you are not over-drying or using high heat.
Static cling can be reduced by using a dryer sheet during the tumble dry cycle. Alternatively, lightly mist the throw with water or an anti-static spray. Ensure the throw is not over-dried.
For small stains, spot clean immediately with a mild soap and cold water. For larger stains, follow the full machine wash instructions as outlined in the care section.
