This Homescapes Organic Cotton Oxford Pillowcase in White is designed for those seeking luxurious, breathable, and ethically produced bedding. Its key benefit is the superior comfort and durability offered by 100% organic cotton with a high thread count, enhanced by a smooth sateen weave. A minor caveat is that it is sold individually, so multiple purchases may be needed to complete a set.

The pillowcase measures 48 x 74cm (19 x 29 inches) with an additional 5cm border.
No, this pillowcase is sold individually. You will need to purchase two if you require a pair.
It is recommended to wash the pillowcase at a maximum of 60°C to maintain fabric integrity and color. Washing at higher temperatures may cause damage or fading.
A sateen weave uses a specific structure where threads are floated over four or more weft yarns, creating a fabric surface that is exceptionally smooth, soft, and has a subtle sheen.
Yes, the pillowcase is hypoallergenic and made from 100% organic cotton, making it an excellent choice for individuals with sensitive skin or allergies.
The 400 thread count using single-ply yarn in a sateen weave is equivalent in softness and quality to a 600 thread count using twisted yarns, offering superior comfort and durability.
Yes, this pillowcase is available in a selection of colors, including Moss Green, Cream, and Duck Egg Blue, among others.
Ensure you are using a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners, which can affect the sateen weave's smoothness. Repeated washing will naturally soften the fabric.
While designed for colorfastness, washing at excessively high temperatures or with harsh detergents can impact color. Stick to the recommended 60°C and use a color-safe detergent.
Ensure the pillow is the correct size (48 x 74cm). The envelope closure should keep it in place, but an overly small pillow might shift.
Setup:
Simply insert your standard British size pillow (48 x 74cm) into the pillowcase, ensuring the pillow is fully enclosed by the envelope closure.
Compatibility:
This pillowcase is designed for standard British-sized pillows measuring 48 x 74cm. It is part of a larger collection of Homescapes bedding, including fitted sheets, flat sheets, and other pillowcase styles, available in various colors.
