Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, wipe the interior of the housing with a damp cloth and wash the glass container with warm, soapy water. Always place the unit on a flat, heat-resistant surface with at least 10cm of clearance on all sides to allow proper ventilation.
To ensure longevity:
- Never use abrasive metal scouring pads on the glass, as this can create micro-scratches.
- Avoid using metal utensils inside the glass container to prevent chipping.
- Allow the glass to return to room temperature naturally before washing it under cold water to avoid thermal shock.
- Keep the heating element at the top clear of debris by wiping it down only when the unit is completely unplugged and cooled.
