This Regatta Thompson men's fleece is designed for adults seeking a durable and versatile midlayer for outdoor activities. Its key benefit is providing cosy warmth with easy airflow control via the zip neck, making it suitable for trekking or casual walks. The Regatta Thompson fleece is primarily designed as a versatile, cosy midlayer for outdoor activities, offering warmth and easy ventilation.
Anti-pill means the fabric is treated to resist the formation of small balls or 'pills' on the surface, maintaining a smoother appearance over time.
No, this fleece is not waterproof. It is designed to provide warmth and comfort, and should be worn under a waterproof outer layer in wet conditions.
Refer to the size chart provided by Regatta for accurate measurements. This guide refers to size S (Small) for men.
Yes, it can be worn on its own in mild weather, but it is best suited as a midlayer for added warmth in cooler conditions.
The fleece is made from 100% polyester SYMMETRY FLEECE (170 gsm), with a fabric composition of 80% Polyester and 20% Reclaimed Polyester.
Machine wash at 30°C with similar colours. Avoid bleach and tumble dry on low heat. Refer to the care label for full instructions.
Ensure you have used a mild detergent and rinsed thoroughly. Fabric conditioner can sometimes help soften fleece, but follow care label instructions.
While designed to be anti-pill, excessive friction can sometimes cause minor pilling. Ensure proper washing and drying methods are followed, and avoid washing with abrasive materials.
Gently pull the fabric around the zip to ensure it is not caught. A small amount of graphite (from a pencil lead) can be rubbed onto the zip teeth to help it glide more smoothly.
Setup: This is a ready-to-wear garment. No setup is required.
Compatibility: The fleece is designed as a versatile midlayer and pairs well with base layers and outer shells. It is suitable for men and can be worn for a wide range of activities, from hiking to casual outdoor wear.
