FAQs

Is this necklace suitable for sensitive skin?

While the materials are high-quality, individuals with specific metal allergies should exercise caution. If you have known reactions to base metals, consult the product specifications or your jeweler.

Can I wear this necklace while swimming?

No. Exposure to chlorine or salt water can permanently damage the finish of the pearls and the metal setting.

How do I adjust the length?

The necklace includes an integrated extender chain. Simply clip the lobster clasp into the link that provides your desired fit.

What is the best way to clean the pendant?

Use a clean, dry, soft cloth to gently polish the orb, bow, and chain. Avoid liquid jewelry cleaners.

Is the pearl real?

The piece features a high-quality resin pearl, chosen for its aesthetic beauty and durability for fashion jewelry applications.

Troubleshooting

The chain has become tangled.

Lay the necklace flat on a soft surface and use a fine-tipped needle or pin to gently loosen the knot; do not pull forcefully.

The clasp feels stiff.

Ensure there is no cosmetic residue in the mechanism; use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the clasp area.

Pros and Cons

Pros

High-quality craftsmanship with attention to intricate details
Versatile design suitable for both formal and casual settings
Adjustable chain length for customizable comfort
Iconic brand aesthetic that remains a timeless statement piece

Cons

Resin pearl material is more susceptible to scratching than glass or stone
Requires careful storage to avoid tangling the delicate trace chain
Not intended for wear during water-based activities or vigorous physical exercise

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your necklace, always fasten the lobster clasp gently and avoid pulling on the chain itself. The necklace is designed for adult wearers; verify that the chain length is adjusted properly using the extender to avoid snagging on clothing. Storage is critical: keep the piece in a soft-lined jewelry box or the original pouch to prevent the delicate chain from knotting and to protect the resin pearl from surface abrasions. If the metal requires cleaning, use only a soft, dry lint-free cloth. Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners, as these may damage the pearl finish or loosen the crystal settings.
