FAQs

Can I wear this necklace in the shower?

It is recommended to remove the necklace before showering or swimming to prevent moisture and chemicals from damaging the crystals and enamel finish.

Is the chain length adjustable?

The necklace features a standard trace chain design, though you may add an extension link if you require a longer fit.

How should I store the necklace when not in use?

Store it individually in a soft pouch or a dedicated jewelry box to prevent the fine chain from tangling with other pieces.

Are the crystals prone to falling out?

The crystals are set with high-quality craftsmanship, but avoiding rough impact or drops will help ensure they remain securely in place.

Is this suitable as a gift for a younger audience?

Yes, the teddy bear design is specifically curated for a youthful, whimsical appeal, making it an excellent gift choice.

Troubleshooting

The necklace chain has become tangled.

Lay the necklace flat on a soft surface and use a needle or toothpick to gently loosen the knot rather than pulling on the links.

The enamel surface looks dull.

Gently buff the surface with a clean, dry microfiber cloth to restore its natural sheen.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To keep your Vivienne Westwood necklace in optimal condition, ensure the clasp is fully secured before wearing. The necklace is compatible with a wide range of necklines due to its adjustable length. For care, avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, or body lotions, as chemicals can dull the luster of the enamel and crystals. If cleaning is necessary, use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the pendant. Do not submerge in water or use harsh chemical jewelry cleaners, as these may damage the delicate enamel surface.
