Troubleshooting

iPhone not turning on or responsive.

Ensure the device is charged. Connect it to a power source using a USB-C cable for at least 30 minutes. If still unresponsive, perform a force restart by quickly pressing and releasing the Volume Up button, then the Volume Down button, and then press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears.

Photos appear blurry or out of focus.

First, ensure the camera lenses are clean and free of smudges or debris. Use a soft, lint-free cloth. Check your lighting conditions. Tap on the subject on the screen to manually focus. If using the Ultra Wide camera for macro, ensure you are at the correct distance for optimal focus.

Battery drains quickly despite new longer battery life.

Check battery usage in `Settings` > `Battery` to identify power-hungry apps. Reduce screen brightness or enable auto-brightness. Turn off Background App Refresh for apps you don't need constantly updating. Ensure iOS 18 is up to date, as updates often include battery optimizations.
