Troubleshooting
Cushion appears damp after cleaning
Ensure the cushion is fully air-dried before use or storage. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight for too long as this can cause fading. Squeeze out excess water gently after washing and lay flat or hang to dry.
Colour seems to be fading
Cotton canvas, even when treated, can fade with prolonged direct sun exposure. Try to position the cushion in a partly shaded area or bring it indoors when not in use to preserve its colour.
Minor stains or marks
Spot clean immediately with a damp cloth and mild soap. For tougher stains, a gentle hand wash with cool water and mild detergent may be necessary. Always rinse thoroughly and air dry.
