Yes, you can use the lamp while it is connected to a power source, though the primary benefit is its cordless capability.
The lamp provides approximately 6 hours of continuous illumination on a single 4-hour charge.
The lamp includes a USB-C charging cable; you can use any standard USB wall adapter (like a smartphone charger) to power it.
Check that the battery is charged and the charging cable is securely connected to a power source.
Ensure your fingers are clean and dry, as moisture can sometimes interfere with touch-sensitive sensors.
The battery level is likely low; connect the lamp to the provided USB-C cable and allow it to charge fully.
Setting up the Elowen is straightforward: charge the device fully before the first use using the provided USB-C cable. To operate, use the touch-sensitive control located on the lamp body; a quick tap turns the unit on and off, while holding the control allows you to cycle through dimming levels. For maintenance, wipe the metal surfaces with a soft, dry cloth to preserve the gold finish. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the exterior. Ensure the charging port is kept dry and free of debris to maintain the IP54 integrity.
