Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup:
- Expose the watch to a light source (natural or artificial) for several hours to fully charge the solar cell. The second hand may move in two-second intervals if the power reserve is low; continuous movement indicates a sufficient charge.
- Set the time and date by pulling out the crown to the appropriate position.
Compatibility:
This watch is a standalone timepiece and does not require compatibility with other devices. Its compatibility lies in its versatility with different straps or bracelets if desired, though it comes with a fitted stainless steel bracelet.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Water Resistance: Always ensure the crown is pushed in or screwed down completely after setting the time/date to maintain water resistance. Rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to saltwater or chemicals.
- Charging: Regularly expose the watch to light to maintain optimal power reserve. Avoid storing it in complete darkness for extended periods.
