Troubleshooting

Laptop feels warm during intensive tasks

Touchscreen unresponsive

Check the Display settings in Windows to ensure touch input is enabled, or perform a system restart to refresh the touch driver.

AI search not finding files

Ensure your files are indexed within the Windows Search settings and that you are signed in to your Samsung/Microsoft account for full Galaxy AI functionality.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To get started, plug in the provided power adapter to ensure the device is fully charged for the initial Windows setup. Use the built-in Samsung account integration to sync your settings across other Galaxy devices seamlessly. For optimal connectivity, utilize the Thunderbolt 4 ports for high-speed data transfer or external 4K monitors.

Maintain the device by keeping the vents clear of dust and ensuring the software remains updated via the Samsung settings app to receive the latest security patches and AI feature improvements. The Gorilla Glass DXC screen should be cleaned only with a microfiber cloth and a small amount of non-abrasive screen cleaner; avoid harsh chemical sprays.
