While durable, the Zoom Freak 5 is optimized for indoor court performance and will last longest when used on hardwood or professional indoor surfaces.
Use a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water to gently wipe the exterior. Do not put them in a washing machine or dryer.
Yes, they generally follow standard Nike athletic sizing, but it is recommended to ensure a snug, locked-in fit for court use.
These trainers feature Nike Zoom Air technology, which provides responsive cushioning and high-energy return.
The support and traction patterns are specifically engineered for the lateral and vertical movements required in basketball and are best kept for that purpose.
Ensure the laces are adjusted correctly and the tongue is properly positioned to avoid bunching.

To ensure optimal performance, verify that you are selecting your correct UK foot size before use. The Nike Zoom Freak 5 is intended for indoor basketball courts; consistent use on abrasive outdoor surfaces may cause premature wear to the tread pattern. To clean, wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh chemicals that could degrade the synthetic materials or the cushioning technology. Always allow the trainers to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to maintain the integrity of the foam.
