The Under Armour Motion Performance Gym Leggings are designed for active women who require technical apparel for high-intensity training and yoga sessions. These leggings provide a superior balance of 4-way stretch mobility and strategic muscle compression, ensuring comfort during complex movements. While they offer excellent moisture-wicking and odor control features, users should note that the ultra-high rise waist and tight fit are specifically engineered for performance-oriented support, which may feel more compressive than casual lifestyle leggings.

Yes, the Motion Performance line is built with a thick, high-quality knit that provides opaque coverage during squats and lunges.
Absolutely. The moisture-wicking fabric and secure fit make them excellent for running, and the side pocket is perfect for a key or card.
These leggings are designed to fit tight. We recommend selecting your standard dress size (UK 12 in this instance) for the intended compression effect.
The leggings are crafted from a specialized brushed knit polyester that provides 4-way stretch, offering mobility without needing to rely solely on spandex.
The standard inseam for this model is 29 inches.
Ensure the ultra-high rise waist is fully smoothed out and positioned correctly at the navel before beginning your set.
Ensure you are not using fabric softeners during the wash cycle, as they block the moisture-wicking properties of the polyester blend.
To maintain the integrity of the 4-way stretch fabric and odor control technology, it is recommended to machine wash the leggings in cold water with similar colors. Avoid the use of fabric softeners, as these can coat the moisture-wicking fibers and reduce their effectiveness. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang to dry to prolong the life of the elastic components. These leggings are sized for a performance fit; if you prefer a less compressive feel, some users may find their standard size is tight due to the specialized supportive construction.
