No, the Cloud 6 features a breathable mesh upper designed for airflow, meaning they are not waterproof.
Can I use these for long-distance running?
The Cloud 6 is optimized for everyday wear and light fitness activities; for professional long-distance training, consider On models specifically built for high-mileage racing.

The interior can be wiped with a damp cloth; avoid heavy saturation to preserve the integrity of the antimicrobial treatment.
Do these shoes run true to size?
Yes, they generally follow standard sizing, but it is recommended to consult the size guide to match your specific UK foot measurement.
What is the Speedboard technology?
The Speedboard is a specialized layer within the sole that acts like a spring, loading energy upon impact and releasing it to propel you forward.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your On Running Cloud 6 trainers, proper maintenance is essential.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove surface dust and dirt after use. For deeper cleaning, wipe the polyester mesh with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking the shoes.
- Drying: Always air dry at room temperature. Never place these sneakers in a dryer or near direct heat sources, as this can degrade the material and impact the structural integrity of the Speedboard.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material discoloration and fabric breakdown.
