FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for playing basketball?
While inspired by basketball design, they are intended for casual lifestyle wear and lack the specific support features required for competitive sport.
How do I ensure I get the right size?
These follow standard UK sizing; if you typically wear Nike, we recommend choosing your usual size.
Can I put these in the washing machine?
No, machine washing can damage the adhesive and materials. We recommend manual cleaning with a damp cloth.
What is the primary material of the upper?
The upper is constructed from durable materials designed to offer a balance of structure and long-term wear resistance.
Are these trainers waterproof?
They are not waterproof. We advise avoiding wear in heavy rain to protect the materials.
Troubleshooting
The white areas of the sole are picking up scuffs quickly.
Use a specialized sneaker eraser or a mixture of baking soda and water with a soft cloth to gently buff out marks.
The fit feels slightly too tight after wearing for several hours.
Check your lacing pattern; loosening the laces across the midfoot can provide more space for natural foot swelling throughout the day.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Timeless, versatile retro design
- High level of durability for daily use
- Comfortable for all-day wear
- Easy to pair with various casual outfits
Cons
- Not intended for competitive or high-intensity sports
- Limited colour options within the core series
- Requires regular cleaning to keep the white accents bright
Setup, Compatibility & Care
These trainers are designed for a standard fit consistent with Nike sizing. Before your first wear, ensure the laces are tightened to your preferred tension to achieve maximum stability.
Care Instructions:
- Keep the trainers clean by wiping away surface dirt with a soft, damp cloth after each use.
- For the white sole units, use a mild soap solution and a soft-bristled brush to remove scuffs.
- Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can damage the structural integrity and materials.
- Store the shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading or material breakdown.
