FAQs

Are these shoes suitable for outdoor running?

The Cloudpulse Pro is specifically engineered for gym and dynamic training; while suitable for short warm-up jogs, they are not designed for long-distance outdoor running.

How should I clean the mesh upper?

Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt and a damp cloth with mild soap for spot cleaning. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemicals.

Do these provide arch support?

The design features an anatomical fit that provides structured support suited for most athletic foot shapes.

Are these true to size?

Yes, they generally follow standard sizing; however, we recommend comparing your foot measurement to the provided size guide.

Can I use my own custom insoles?

The existing insoles are designed for the shoe's performance profile, but the footbed is generally compatible with aftermarket inserts if needed.

Troubleshooting

Feeling instability during lifts

Ensure the laces are tightened securely to the foot shape and verify you are wearing the correct size to prevent interior sliding.

Reduced grip on gym floors

Check the outsole for lint or dust accumulation; wipe with a slightly damp cloth to restore traction.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your On Cloudpulse Pro trainers last through rigorous training, follow these maintenance tips:

Fit: Ensure you have a thumb-width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe.
Cleaning: Wipe away dust and gym grime with a damp cloth after every use to prevent debris buildup in the mesh.
Drying: If the shoes get wet, air dry them naturally away from direct heat sources to preserve the integrity of the foam.
Storage: Keep in a well-ventilated area to maintain the freshness of the materials.
