The Nike Air Max 90 trainers are designed for adults seeking a blend of classic running heritage and everyday casual style. These shoes provide exceptional comfort through visible Air cushioning and a responsive foam midsole, making them an excellent choice for daily wear and active lifestyles. While the durable leather construction offers long-lasting performance, users should note that the specialized Waffle outsole is primarily optimized for urban terrain rather than technical trail running.

While rooted in running heritage, the Air Max 90 is currently optimized for casual daily wear rather than high-mileage athletic training.
The Nike Air Max 90 generally fits true to size, but we recommend measuring your feet in the afternoon when they are at their largest.
No, machine washing can damage the adhesive and the leather material. Always hand-clean your trainers.
The leather is durable, but not inherently waterproof. Applying a standard leather-safe water repellent spray can help protect them against light rain.
The visible Air unit provides lightweight, pressurized cushioning that compresses upon impact to absorb shock, protecting your joints.
Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry mud, then wipe gently with a damp microfiber cloth.
Ensure your socks are breathable and consider loosening the lacing system across the midfoot to allow for natural foot swelling.
Check the tread for embedded stones or debris and clean the bottom surface with water and a scrub brush to restore traction.
Because these trainers feature leather construction, proper maintenance is essential to extend their life. We recommend spot-cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove surface dirt. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh industrial chemicals that may degrade the leather finish or the Air unit seal. Ensure your laces are adjusted for a secure, comfortable fit that prevents heel slippage. Store your trainers in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can cause the leather to stiffen or the glue bonds to weaken over time.
