These Under Armour UA Velocity Skinny Shorts are designed for adult women seeking comfortable and stylish athletic wear for various sports. Their key benefit is the combination of flexible, sweat-wicking fabric with a supportive, close-to-body fit, ideal for intense workouts. A potential caveat for some users might be the very fitted nature of the design, which, while supportive, offers less room for looser preferences. The shorts feature HeatGear® fabric, 4-way stretch, enhanced airflow through laser perforations, and a comfortable waistband with a drawcord. They also include side drop-in pockets and reflective taping for visibility.

The inseam for these shorts is 6 inches.
The shorts feature side drop-in pockets. While they can hold small items, their security for larger items like smartphones during vigorous activity may vary.
These shorts are made with lightweight HeatGear® fabric, designed for warm conditions. They offer minimal insulation and are best suited for moderate to warm weather or as a base layer in cooler conditions.
Refer to the Under Armour sizing chart for women's apparel. The 'skinny' fit is designed to be very close to the body for optimal support and movement. Measure your waist and hips to find the best match.
HeatGear® is Under Armour's original performance base layer, designed to keep athletes cool, dry, and light. It's engineered to perform best in temperatures ranging from 75° to 90°F (24° to 32°C).
The odor control technology is integrated into the fabric to help minimize odor-causing microbes, keeping you feeling fresher for longer during and after workouts.
While versatile, these shorts are particularly well-suited for running, training, and other high-impact sports due to their moisture-wicking, stretch, and supportive features.
Ensure you have selected the correct size based on Under Armour's sizing chart. The 'skinny' fit is intended to be close to the body; consider a size up if a looser fit is preferred, although this may affect performance benefits.
Check that you are not using fabric softeners or dryer sheets, as these can clog the fabric's pores and reduce wicking performance. Ensure the garment is not excessively worn or damaged.
Adjust the internal drawcord for a more personalized fit. Ensure the shorts are the correct size; an incorrect size can lead to the waistband not sitting properly.
Follow the care instructions precisely, particularly regarding washing temperature and drying methods. Avoid high heat drying and ironing, which can damage the reflective elements.
Setup: These shorts require no setup; they are ready to wear straight out of the packaging.
Compatibility: Designed for adult women engaged in athletic activities. Compatible with various athletic tops and footwear.
