The Desire Rugs Orbie Washable Indoor Rug is designed for homeowners looking to combine modern aesthetic appeal with everyday practicality in living rooms, bedrooms, or nurseries. Its key benefit lies in the machine-washable fabric and 20mm plush cut pile, providing a luxurious feel underfoot while remaining easy to maintain. Note that because of its foldable design and lightweight construction, you may need a rug pad if placing it on smooth, hard floors to prevent sliding.

It is best to air dry the rug naturally to prevent damage to the backing and ensure the fibers remain soft.
While durable, the 20mm plush pile is better suited for living rooms, bedrooms, or nurseries rather than high-traffic corridors.
This specific model measures 80cm in width and 120cm in height.
Yes, the materials used in this rug are generally compatible with standard underfloor heating systems.
Like all rugs, some compression is normal with use; regular vacuuming and shaking the rug can help restore the texture.
Yes, the Orbie range includes various sizes and colors; please check the product catalog for availability in larger dimensions like 160cm x 220cm.
Lay the rug flat and place heavy items on the corners for 24 hours, or reverse roll it to relax the fibers.
Purchase a standard rug pad or non-slip underlay to place underneath for added safety.
Remove excess debris immediately and machine wash according to care instructions on the product tag.
To set up your Orbie Rug, simply unfold it in your desired location. If the edges remain curled from packaging, reverse roll the rug for a few hours. For care, we recommend vacuuming regularly using a suction-only setting to avoid damaging the cut pile. When deep cleaning is required, ensure your washing machine can accommodate the rug's dimensions and follow cold-wash settings to preserve the backing integrity. The rug is compatible with most indoor flooring types, though a rug gripper or non-slip underlay is recommended for polished wood or laminate surfaces.
