FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
These trainers are designed for casual lifestyle use and walking, rather than high-intensity or distance running.
How do I ensure I get the correct size?
These are standard UK adult sizes; we recommend choosing the size you typically wear in other Saucony athletic shoes.
Can I replace the insoles?
Yes, the insoles are removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if required.
Are the reflective elements effective?
Yes, the heel and overlay reflective hits are designed to catch ambient light and improve visibility in low-light conditions.
How should I dry the shoes if they get wet?
Air dry them naturally at room temperature. Never place them in a tumble dryer or near a direct heat source like a radiator.
Troubleshooting
The white exterior is showing dirt or scuffs.
Use a specialized sneaker cleaning foam and a soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface stains.
The fit feels too tight after a few hours of wear.
Check your lacing; loosening the laces across the midfoot can provide more volume and reduce pressure points.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Saucony Grid Legacy trainers maintain their performance and look, follow these guidelines:
- Fit: The shoes are sized for adult UK foot standards; ensure a thumb's width of space at the toe for optimal comfort.
- Cleaning: Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or submersing the shoes in water, as this can degrade the cushioning materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration of the white material.
- Maintenance: Regularly air out the insoles to keep the interior fresh and hygienic.
