Prevent serious water damage with the Smartwares water alarm. This can be placed anywhere in your home where there is a high risk of leakages and you will be alerted by a 85db alarm. Water leaks can cause major damage, especially if you notice the leak late because you've been asleep. With this water detector, you can act quickly as it alerts you when water is detected with a powerful 85dB alarm. The Smartwares water detector features 3 sensors placed around the edges of the casing, so that the detector is able to detect water as early as possible, ensuring 24h protection. The Smartwares water detector has a 3-year battery life. If the battery loses power, a short beep sounds to indicate that the battery needs replacing. The water detector can be placed anywhere on the floor, for example in the cellar or under the washing bowl. At just 2.5 cm high, the water detector is extremely flat, allowing it to be placed under the washing machine. To test the water detector, place it on a plate filled with a little water and the alarm should be triggered.
