Troubleshooting
Caddy is unstable or wobbles when carried.
Ensure all inner dividers are securely in place and that the contents are evenly distributed. Check that the adjustable handle and straps are properly secured.
Items fall out of the outer pockets.
Review the size and shape of items placed in outer pockets; they are best suited for smaller, less bulky items. Ensure the caddy is not overfilled, which can cause items to shift.
Mesh base feels damp or does not dry items completely.
Ensure the caddy is placed in a well-ventilated area. Remove damp items promptly after use and allow them to air dry separately if necessary. The mesh aids drying but does not replace direct airing.
Bag dispenser or crocodile clips are difficult to use.
These accessories are designed for specific functions; ensure you are using them as intended. For the bag dispenser, load appropriate sized bags. For clips, they are best for securing thin materials.
