The Crown Easyclean Matt Emulsion Paint is an ideal choice for homeowners and DIY enthusiasts looking to refresh high-traffic areas like hallways, kitchens, and living rooms with a sophisticated, durable finish. This paint provides a highly washable surface that resists dirt and scuffs, ensuring walls remain looking fresh for longer. While the matt finish is excellent at masking surface imperfections, users should note that deep stains may still require standard cleaning practices despite its advanced formulation.

While it is durable and washable, it is designed primarily for general living areas. For areas with high condensation like bathrooms, consider a specialized moisture-resistant paint.
The paint is touch-dry quickly, usually within a few hours depending on room temperature and humidity levels.
Yes, the low-odour formula makes it suitable for use throughout the home, including bedrooms.
Use a soft, damp cloth with a mild detergent. Avoid harsh abrasive sponges that could damage the matt finish.
On previously painted, sound surfaces, a primer is not always necessary, but it is highly recommended when painting over porous or dark surfaces.
High-pigment shades or dark backgrounds often require a second coat; allow the first to dry completely before applying the second.
Ensure you are using the correct pile length on your roller and avoid 'over-working' the paint once it begins to set.
This is usually caused by inadequate surface preparation; ensure the wall was clean and free of dust or grease before painting.
Before starting, ensure your surfaces are clean, dry, and free from loose or flaking material. If the wall has been previously painted with a high-gloss finish, lightly sand the area to improve adhesion. For the best finish, stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply using a high-quality synthetic brush or a medium-pile roller. Once finished, store the paint in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ensuring the lid is tightly sealed to prevent the product from drying out. For cleaning tools, simply rinse brushes and rollers with warm, soapy water immediately after use.
