Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup:
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and old sealant.
- Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size.
- Apply the sealant using a caulking gun, maintaining an even pressure.
- Tool the sealant within 5-10 minutes using a wet finger or tool to create a smooth finish.
- Allow to cure fully before exposing to water (typically 24 hours).
Compatibility:
This sealant is suitable for use on various surfaces including ceramic, glass, aluminium, and many plastics. It is specifically designed for sanitary applications and areas of high humidity. It is not recommended for use on porous surfaces like concrete or plaster without a suitable primer, and should not be used for structural glazing or aquariums.
Care:
To maintain the sealant's appearance, wipe away any surface spills or residues immediately with a damp cloth. For regular cleaning, use mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, which can damage the sealant surface over time.
