FAQs
Is this a complete racing wheel or an add-on?
This is an add-on wheel rim module. It requires a compatible Thrustmaster racing wheel base to function.
What games is this compatible with?
It is compatible with PC (Windows 10, 11), PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. Its customization is particularly suited for racing simulation titles, including Forza Horizon 5 due to its official theming.
How do I assign inputs to the rear buttons?
The four rear buttons automatically assign inputs when the wheel module is inserted. The recommended setup is for them to replace the D-pad functions.
Can I change the button assignments?
Yes, you can configure and customize button assignments, sensitivity, and dead zones using the free ThrustmapperX software available for PC and Xbox.
What is T-MOD technology?
T-MOD technology allows you to easily and quickly swap or reposition the wheel module without tools, enhancing comfort and offering near-limitless replacement possibilities.

Troubleshooting
Wheel not recognized by PC/Console
Ensure the wheel base is properly connected to the console/PC and powered on. Try a different USB port. Reinstall the latest drivers and firmware from the Thrustmaster website.
Buttons or encoders not functioning
Check if the wheel module is securely attached to the base. Use the ThrustmapperX software to verify button assignments and test functionality. Ensure the firmware is up to date.
Inconsistent steering feedback or centering issues
Verify that the wheel module is correctly seated on the base. Check the steering linearity and dead zone settings in ThrustmapperX or in-game settings. Ensure there are no obstructions around the wheel base's rotation mechanism.
Software (ThrustmapperX) not launching or detecting the wheel
Run the software as an administrator. Ensure your operating system and wheel drivers are up to date. Temporarily disable antivirus software that might be blocking the application.
