Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, follow these guidelines:
- Fitting: Ensure you are wearing the performance socks you typically use for running when testing the size to account for foot swelling.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dried mud or debris from the outsole. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid submerging in water or using harsh detergents.
- Drying: Air dry the shoes at room temperature. Never place them in a clothes dryer or near a direct heat source like a radiator, as this can warp the foam and degrade adhesive materials.
- Rotation: If training daily, consider rotating with a second pair to allow the foam compression to reset between uses.
