FAQs

Is the fabric box machine washable?

No, it is not machine washable. Please spot clean the interior using a damp cloth only.

What is the maximum weight the box can hold?

The box is designed to hold a maximum load of 10 kg.

Does this box come with a base insert?

Yes, the box includes an internal panel that folds out to reinforce the base and maintain structure.

Can I stack these boxes?

While the lid is durable, it is intended to protect the contents; stacking multiple heavy boxes on top of each other is not recommended.

Is the material moisture-resistant?

The inner coating is wipeable, but the fabric exterior is not waterproof. Keep it away from wet or high-humidity areas.

Troubleshooting

Box walls bulging or losing shape

Ensure the base panel is fully flattened at the bottom. Do not overstuff the box beyond its 35x35x16 cm capacity.

Stains on the inner coating

Wipe immediately with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive scouring pads as they can strip the protective finish.

Lid does not fit securely

Check that the contents are not stacked higher than the height of the box walls.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: unfold the box, press the base panel down firmly until it locks into place, and secure the lid. To maintain the structural integrity, ensure you do not exceed the 10 kg weight limit, as overloading may deform the fabric walls. For daily care, simply wipe the inner coating with a soft, dry cloth. If a spill occurs, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, but avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the fabric. Keep the box away from direct heat sources and humid environments to prevent material degradation.
