FAQs

Can I machine wash this box?

No, machine washing is not recommended. Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior and interior surfaces.

What is the maximum weight this box can hold?

The box is designed to hold a maximum capacity of 10 kg.

Does it come with any internal dividers?

No, this model features a single, open storage compartment for maximum versatility.

Is the box waterproof?

It is not waterproof. The inner coating is moisture-resistant for easy cleaning, but it should not be left in damp areas.

Can I stack these boxes on top of each other?

While the lids are durable, they are not designed for heavy stacking. It is recommended to keep them side-by-side to avoid crushing the lower unit.

How do I fold it when not in use?

Simply remove the base panel from the bottom, and the sides will collapse inward, allowing you to fold it flat.

Troubleshooting

The box does not sit flat on the floor

Ensure the internal base panel is fully unfolded and pressed down firmly into the bottom corners.

Stains on the inner lining

Use a damp, soft cloth with a mild soap solution and wipe gently. Allow the unit to air dry completely before storing fabric items inside.

Handles feel loose or strained

Check if the item weight exceeds the 10 kg limit; redistribute contents or remove heavy items to alleviate pressure on the handles.

Pros and Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: simply unfold the box and press the base panel into place. To maximize the longevity of the unit, avoid dragging the box across rough floor surfaces to prevent bottom fabric wear.

Care: Wipe the inner and outer surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or use harsh chemical cleaners, as this may compromise the fabric coating.
Compatibility: Ensure your intended storage location (shelf or under-bed area) accommodates the 59 x 39 cm footprint.
Load Management: Always ensure the total weight does not exceed the 10 kg limit to maintain the structural integrity of the handles and bottom panel.
