Troubleshooting

Rug does not lay flat

Ensure the rug is placed on a level surface. If new, it may take a short period of use or being weighted down to flatten completely. Try placing heavy items on the corners for a few hours.

Stubborn stains are difficult to remove

Use a mild soap solution with a damp cloth. For tougher stains, gently scrub with a soft brush and rinse thoroughly. Always allow to dry completely.

Rug is moving in the wind

Secure the corners of the rug with outdoor furniture, decorative rocks, or specialized outdoor rug anchors. Ensure the surface underneath is dry, as this can affect grip.

Fraying edges

Check for any snagging. Minor fraying can sometimes be trimmed carefully with scissors. If significant, contact customer support.
