Because the shelf uses live edge wood, each piece features unique knots, splits, and variations, making your shelf truly one-of-a-kind.
The shelf is 3.8cm thick, providing a chunky and sturdy profile.
The shelves are handcrafted in a workshop in the North East of the UK.
Yes, the pine is sourced from sustainable sawmills across Europe.
Ensure the support brackets are perfectly level and inserted fully into the pre-drilled holes.
Check that the bracket mounting screws are tightened securely into the wall studs or appropriate wall plugs.
These are natural characteristics of live edge pine and are considered part of the product's charm, not structural failures.
Installation is straightforward as the shelf arrives with pre-drilled holes designed to hide the included support brackets. First, locate your wall studs or determine if wall anchors are needed for your specific wall type. Secure the brackets to the wall, then slide the shelf onto the supports until it sits flush. For care, avoid using harsh chemicals; a simple dusting with a soft, dry cloth is sufficient to maintain the wood. As it is a natural product, keep the shelf away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent excessive drying or warping over time.
