Gently brush off loose dirt. For mesh, use a mild soap and water solution with a soft cloth. For leather/synthetic overlays, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. Allow them to air dry away from direct heat.

Regularly clean your trainers using the recommended care instructions for mesh, leather, and synthetic materials. For stubborn marks, specific footwear cleaning products designed for mixed materials can be effective. Applying a protective spray can help repel water and stains, making them easier to clean in the future.

While the Abzorb midsole is durable, cushioning can compress over extensive use. Ensure you are not wearing the same pair every single day without rest, allowing the materials to recover. For sustained comfort, consider replacing the insoles if needed, though the primary cushioning is integrated into the midsole.
