FAQs

Are these boots waterproof?

These boots are designed for casual everyday wear and are not classified as waterproof.

Can I wear these with thick socks?

Yes, but you may want to ensure the fit allows for the extra volume to avoid cramping your toes.

Are the insoles removable?

Most Skechers memory foam insoles are integrated into the shoe, but check inside your specific pair to see if they can be lifted.

How do I clean the sweater knit material?

Use a gentle fabric cleaner or a damp cloth with mild soap, taking care not to soak the material.

Are these suitable for people with wide feet?

The slip-in design is generally accommodating, but individual fit may vary; we recommend checking your standard Skechers size.

Troubleshooting

Boots feel slightly tight when first trying on

Wear them with thin socks for the first few days to allow the memory foam to contour to your foot shape.

Insole feels compressed over time

Remove the insole if possible to air it out, or consider replacing with a standard orthotic if needed.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Exceptionally easy to put on and take off
High level of comfort from memory foam padding
Lightweight construction reduces leg strain
Versatile design matches well with casual wardrobe staples

Cons

Not intended for heavy-duty outdoor hiking

Slip-in design may not offer the same lockdown feel as tied boots

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Since these are slip-in boots, no setup or initial break-in time is typically required. To ensure compatibility, verify your size using the UK scale, as these boots are sized specifically for a comfortable fit.

To keep your boots in optimal condition:

Cleaning: Wipe away surface dirt with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid submerging the boots in water.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
Maintenance: If the sweater trim becomes dusty, use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove debris.
