The adidas Runfalcon 5 is designed for active adults looking for a versatile trainer that transitions seamlessly from the track to all-day casual wear. These shoes feature a responsive Cloudfoam midsole for reliable cushioning and a breathable mesh upper, making them an excellent choice for daily runs or gym sessions; however, users should note that the sizing runs small and it is recommended to purchase one size larger than your standard fit.

The shoe features standard support through the OrthoLite sockliner and Cloudfoam midsole, which are generally suitable for neutral feet.
While durable, they are best suited for short-to-medium distances and daily training rather than intensive marathon racing.
It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes, as it may degrade the materials and cushioning properties.
The shoe weighs approximately 245 grams based on a size UK 5.5.
Yes, the mesh material is specifically chosen to improve airflow and keep your feet cool during activity.
Try a runner's loop lacing technique to relieve pressure or ensure you have sized up correctly as recommended.
Ensure the laces are tightened firmly through all eyelets and verify that you are wearing appropriate athletic socks.
To ensure the best fit, remember that the Runfalcon 5 fits smaller than standard footwear; always size up by one full size.
